Eithne has helped us improve our system immensely and continues to do so. After Eithne has worked on OrderWise we have a much better understanding of reports which helps with our accounts at the end of every year and helps with projections for a lot of different things like what are our bestselling sizes, styles, etc. As a result of all of Eithne's work, we have reports on everything we need now. Eithne is getting more involved and will continue to work with Hanna Hats until we have the system up and running 100%.
